CATER-LINE S.L. reserves at any time and unilaterally the right to modify the retail price and the services which are offered in its webpage. In order to guarantee the certainty and security in the retail price of the products to the customer, the retail price will be the one shown in the advertisement which is in force at the moment of setting the order. Minimum order in the ON-LINE store is 30€ in Madrid Community and 120€ in the rest of Spain. The process of buying has the following steps: the customer will choose the product/s and will include them in their shopping bag. After the selection process, it comes the payment process. If the customer had registered him/herslef in the webpage before, then is requested to identify him/herself. If not, s/he is requested to do registration. CATER-LINE S.L. provides the product within the indicated time and as specified in delivery terms.
PAYMENT TERMS: Advance Payment: Pay in cash or bank transfer of the whole amount of money to the following bank account: XXXXXXXXXXXXX belonging to CATER-LINE S.L. 48 hours before delivery of the order. Invoice: CATER-LINE S.L. will issue physical invoice and will send it by email to the account provided by the customer.
DELIVERY TERMS: delivery time will be maximum 48 hours after the order has been set. The order will be delivered to the address provided by the customer on setting the order.
Transport in Madrid Community will be done using our own means. Outside Madrid Community, the refrigerated transport agency Integra2 will be in charge of it.
